Our head Sushi chef/owner Kevin Lin, was trained by Nobu before opening his first restaurant in Long Island. Our kitchen chef, Io Bermudez, hails from Aomori, Japan. Our food is complemented by some of the finest cocktails, sake, and Japanese whiskies in the Hudson Valley. Proprietor and Woodstock native, David Fletcher, looks forward to welcoming familiar local faces and those who are visiting our community.
