Inspired by our deep appreciation of Japanese cuisine and hospitality, we strive to provide an exceptional and creative dining experience. Our head Sushi chef/owner Kevin Lin, was trained by Nobu before opening his own restaurant. Our kitchen food is complemented by some of the finest cocktails, sake, and Japanese whiskies in the Hudson Valley.
